Accommodation Reservation Guidelines

This Booking Policy explains how reservations are made, processed, confirmed, and managed for accommodation services provided by ASPIRE EDGE CAPITAL LIMITED. It helps ensure a clear and consistent booking experience for all guests.

Booking Requests

All bookings are submitted through our website enquiry form, email, or direct contact channels.

A booking request does not guarantee availability until it has been reviewed and confirmed.

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is only considered confirmed once a confirmation email has been issued.

Confirmation emails include booking details such as:

  • Booking reference number

Confirmation is typically sent within 24 hours after review of the request. Once availability is confirmed, a payment request will be issued to secure the booking. The reservation is only confirmed after payment has been completed successfully.

Availability

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

In rare cases where a selected accommodation becomes unavailable, guests will be offered an alternative option or a full refund where applicable.

Payment Process

Payment is required to secure a reservation once availability has been confirmed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable accommodation charges as displayed.

Guest Information Requirements

Guests are required to provide accurate information when making a booking request.

  • Number of guests
  • Check-in and check-out dates

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect booking confirmation or check-in arrangements.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Booking Changes

Requests to modify a booking (such as dates or guest details) should be submitted as early as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

Cancellation
